Give every brand’s story its own opening, while all six still feel like one series.

Challenges & fixes
- Mixed media can easily look like a cheap filter.Black-and-white cut-outs with torn paper edges over flat colour, built by layering texture, grain and edge effects on high-res stock photos.
- Stock libraries didn’t have the exact shots each story needed.Generated custom footage with AI, then cut it out and graded it to sit alongside the real photos.

Lottie can’t export blur or particles, so this steam is built from animated shapes. Soft enough to read as steam, light enough for the page.

Turn Feeding India’s impact story into a page that plays out as you scroll.
THE GOAL:
Keep people scrolling to the end so the impact lands, without the page feeling heavy on a phone.

Challenges & fixes
- Lottie files can slow a page down.Shape layers only inside each Lottie, with no images or effects, and each scene loads as you get near it.
- Animations had to start at the right moment, not on page load.Wrote the scroll logic so each scene starts when it comes into view.
- People scroll back up too.Animations follow the scroll position, so they rewind instead of resetting.
- Background videos couldn’t show a visible jump.Matched the first and last frames of every loop.
- Small files, no visible quality loss.Tested bitrates for each video and kept the smallest one that still looked clean.

I mapped every layer to a start and end point on the scroll, then handed off this plan with the files, so each scene could be built to the same timing.

Challenges & fixes
- A full year of programs and numbers had to fit into short clips.Gave each clip one topic, from reach and tech to meals and emergency relief, so each one works on its own.
- Many people watch Instagram with the sound off.Set the key numbers and places as large on-screen text, so every clip makes sense on mute.
- Illustrated scenes and real footage had to feel like one report.Carried the same type and caption style through both.
